Here's my process!
Considering hiring me as your wedding photographer? Here's my step-by-step process and what to expect when working with me!
Step 1: Inquiry
Through the wedding inquiry form, you will fill out some basic info about your day. If I'm available for your big day, you'll get a quick response from me sending you my pricing guide!
Step 2: Pricing Guide
Inside, you’ll find details about coverage options, engagement sessions, sample timelines, heirloom albums, and more — all thoughtfully curated to preserve the moments that matter most. Whether you're planning a full-day celebration or an intimate elopement, there's a package made with you in mind. All of your questions or concerns should be answered through the pricing guide!
Step 3: Zoom Call (optional)
This step is OPTIONAL, but if you would love to virtually meet, we would jump on a quick 15 minute video call on Zoom to get to know you guys as a couple, know what your wedding day goals are, and give you a little insight to what your day can look like! Essentially, this call is for you to see if we make a great fit for your big day!
Step 4: Booking/Deposit
Once you and your fiancé are in agreement with everything, then I would send you your wedding file which will have your contract and invoices in it. Once the contract is signed and the retainer paid the you have officially booked me! The deposit is the first payment then the remaining amount will be split evenly to be paid every month and the final payment would be about a month to 2 weeks before the wedding day!
Step 5: Engagement Session
After you have officially booked me, we would then schedule your complimentary engagement session!! I do free engagement sessions with all my packages, because this helps get you comfortable with me behind the camera as I capture the raw and genuine love you and your fiancé have for one another. The engagement shoot is also good practice for the actual big day! Plus, I offer it as a thank you gift for having me be apart of your special day!
Step 6: Questionnaire
Shortly after the engagement session is over, I will email you a questionnaire that will help me know the specific details for your wedding. These details will help me create a wedding day timeline that we will follow as much as possible so that your day, when it comes to doing pictures, go smoothly and your day is stress-free!
Step 7: Finalization
Once you fill out the questionnaire and send it back to me, I will go over all that you filled out and create a wedding day timeline which we will go over together to make sure all looks good to you and your fiancé. All this would happen about 2 weeks to a month before the wedding!
Step 8: Wedding Day!!
Happy wedding day! The day is finally here!! We would follow the timeline I created as much as possible and make sure to have a fun time, because you about to be married!!! I would be there to help you with any needs you have and provide that high quality experience that you were looking for when you hired me to be your photographer.
Step 9: Post-wedding
The festivities are over and now I get to work on editing your pictures. I state in my contract with you that I will deliver sneak peaks within a few days after the wedding. Then the whole gallery will be delivered within 6 weeks. Any albums or other additional add-ons you purchase through me, I would meet up with you in person to hand-deliver it or have it mailed to you.
